3 P.M. Power Smoothie Recipe

By 3 p.m. every day I’m foraging through the cupboards in search of a snack. Usually I crave salty and crunchy, but this time I wanted something with chocolate and peanut butter (the most satisfying combination of flavors in the universe).3 P.M. Power Smoothie

1 frozen banana
3 ice cubes
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 scoop protein powder
1/2 cup soy milk
1/2 teaspoon baking cocoa
1/4 teaspoon chia seeds
Water for blending
Add sprinkles on top for a dose of happy

This smoothie is packed with protein so you don’t need to add extra protein powder if that’s not your thing. I’m obsessed with this flavor of Vega so I threw it in. Happy blending.
